At AVPro Global, we stand behind the quality of our professional electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AVPro Global account or visit our returns portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place your item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure full credit eligibility.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Once your RMA is approved, print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technical team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
